I LOVED that move: the whole grip challenge at the top and feeling it was money! (LOL: it's the term that came to me, too, Martha. Guess we're showing our age.)

Yes, I'm already pricing out the heavier bells so I have them for this workout.

But I don't think you have to take the full rest, really, b/c she works lower, then upper. I use them, though: I tend to move the dog back on his pad (he comes to check on me when I'm groaning), get more water, breathe heavy, drink water, move my legs around, breathe heavy...

I ordered last Sunday and got mine Thursday (in AL). I've previewed it and will do one of the workouts tonight. I'm fairly new to kbs and loved her form pointers. I've watched a lot of the minute of strength clips and Lauren's tips really helped me with a few of the finer details. I'm really looking forward to this.

I liked this one, too!

I'm glad I bought this one! Lauren's instruction was great, and this is a very female friendly workout! Not as intense as AoS Providence, but excellent for upping your weight! The variety in each round is kinda nice, as is the fewer reps!

For those that didn't dig the AoS music (this is tamer, and has a good beat) but I blast the music in Providence, as it's motivating to me!

I like the thorough Joint Mobility warm-up section. Although, I like to add halo's, too! And, around the body passes.

Anyone who likes variety, will enjoy this! She mixes in some cardio moves, pushups, so it's not kettlebell work all the time.

This will be nice to alternate my beloved Providence and the Kettlebell Way with. Oh, and I can't forget my Iron Cores, and Goddess workouts! I just tend to reach for Anthony's stuff more! :-)

Good quality, good instruction, good music, and pretty darn good workout! Two thumbs up!

Thanks, Kat! I ordered via Paypal last night.

While I love most of my k-bell DVDs, I usually feel like the moves go too fast. A slower pace would be great for me.

I haven't been able to do any k-bell workouts for a while due to a (non-kettlebell) workout injury.
