Agree with Winsor Buns and Thighs, Brazil Butt lift HIgh and Tight band work is great, Original Squeeze, esp the L from Hell from custom menu option, Supermodel series lying...ouch..., some of the Slim series floorwork portions....

That is just a few I can think of at the moment.

Jules Benson's Total Core Pilates has a long side-lying series. There's also a 20-minute lower body workout, with a long side-lying series, on Caribbean Workout: Pilates Plus.

One of the most killer segments of side-lying leg lifts is Margaret Richard's Home Improvement (it's on her Classics DVD I think). I also think the Slim Series Tone it up has a great segment.

I've added Strong Stride and the Supermodel workout to my wish list. They look good!

Trudie's Pure Sculpt LB set 1 is a side series. One of my favorites. Thanks for the reminder on SS pretzel/clam combo chapter. I can never remember that one and I love a good side series.

I haven't done it for awhile, but what about Tracey Mallett's Pilates Super Sculpt? If I recall, there are some really killer side lying moves in that one. That little ball sometimes makes moves a little easier, and more often, a lot harder! Which is why I haven't pulled it out lately, though I really should, if for no other reason than the lovely stretch segment at the end...

Lorelei,
you just reminded me of Tracey's Renew You Sleek and Lean. It has some great side lying exercises, as well as Blast The Belly Flab.. I should pull those out!
I had Pilates Super Sculpt, but gave it away. I guess I should have kept it for the obliques and butt segment.

I like the Essentrics lower body workouts, although they have standing work too.

Emma,
I have the Essentrics thinners and toners dvd. Those floor exercises are unique!

Next Level Pilates with Erika Bloom has a set using the band and one using a pilates ball. They are both good. I forgot about Pilates Super Sculpt.. I'll have to pull that one out again soon.
