Anna's birthday is coming up too. I recently found out it's the same day as mine, December 12th. I am going to make sure I do The Firm Volume 1 that day.

Just Right Cardio and From the Ground Up should be about ready to ship.
The pre-order is still going on for Volume 5, haven't heard about a ship date. For Cardio Burn and Core Cardio 1, the pre-order hasn't been announced yet, but should be very soon. ETA: I have no idea if Core Cardio 2 will be included as part of that 'preorder set'. HTH! |

I so adore CC2, can't wait for this one. Actually, I can't wait for all of them. I love TAM, NSTA, TCM.. Anna's cardio is top notch.
