New fitness book, The glute lab

Hello everyone,

this looks interesting,

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Glute-Lab-A...r=8-1-fkmrnull

It is by Bret Contreras and Glen Cordoza.

has anyone got any info about it or heard any gossip?

I am interested.

I think it comes the day after tomorrow in the UK, and one look at the contents page will sway my decision to buy it or not, especially as the price is quite a lot.

Yes it looks good but it's very expensive.

I wonder how different it will really be from Strong Curves. That is a very helpful book, but I didn’t like some of the tone. Maybe with this different co-author, it will be better written.

I've got it. IT'S HEAVY. I'd say at least 5lbs. A big thick book. Around 600 pages, and the pictures are full color. It will take me time to get through it.

Lots of info, in the short time I've paged through. Anatomy of the glutes, how they work, what they do. All sorts of moves. Quad dominate moves, hamstring dominate moves, glute dominate moves.

I think its going to be worth every penny for me, cause I'm wanting a more rounded lifted butt instead of the flatter heading south grandma butt I've got.
