I was trying to find a picture with a dumbbell on each side, but this'll do.

Debbie Siebers does tons of these in Firm It Up(?). She does them unweighted cuz she does a gazillion but you could just modify by using weights and lowering the reps.

Firm Parts: Lower Body Sculpting with Kathy Derry has several sets. It's available from Fitness Favorites or Mary. 20 minute workout, good add-on.

Think Mindy Mylrea might do them in Body Bar & Ball Basics, but don't remember for sure.

Oh, yeah, Butt Bible does them too. I don't mind her but it's easy to turn down the volume since she repeats the same exercises, circuit style.

It's an option but it's not the same positioning. With Cathe's hip thrusts you are leaning back on your step bench or weight bench at about 12-14" in height with barbell on lap, feet on floor and you squeeze glutes/thrust hips up without arching back. Check out Bret Contreras' page for info on it. Here's his instructional video: http://bretcontreras.com/hipthrust/

Here is a video of a home exerciser working out to Cathe's cueing...http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cvr_td8pXVk

glute raises - Cindy Crawford does them with heel on a chair, in Shape Your Body (the 1st workout). in A New Dimension, she does bridge work (no sure if they're weighted, but you could easily add them) in all 3 sectons.

kathy smith does them in Project You LB usng a stability ball. the bonus stability ball workout on the LWTLW2 video has glute lifts using the ball, i believe - someone confirm that for me! and both might be unweighted, however, the stability ball provides plenty of challenge without weights.

i remember in a couple of the Firm vids, glute raises are done using the FL. i *think* these might be:

Firm Cardio w/Heidi Tanner
one of the BSS1 or 2 vids

Tracie Long does weighted bridge work in Tortoise or Hare.
