This looks good. Tough like his other two. I don't have his workouts (only saw clips) and right now I'm doing Dream Body but are these workouts easy to modify? And what weights are people using for his workouts? I'd probably pass out with 5 lbs!
This looks good. Hard but doable and with minimum impact, at least that's what the clip showed. I'll be looking for a longer clip and maybe a buy if Mary will carry.
And he has slimmed down CONSIDERABLY since his first DVD. He looks good!
Looks good and I like the description of all three workouts. No weights to medium weight to a heavier weight workout with 2 premixes to boot. I'll be keeping my eye out.
This looks good, can't wait to see longer clips! I have both of his other DVDs and I like them, but for some reason I hardly ever do them. I probably won't pre-order, but will most likely acquire at some point.
