So much depends on his abilities now. Can he stand for exercise or does he need to sit?I was thinking maybe Gilad's Sculpt and Tone. But it's long, about 60 minutes, so maybe he could do 1/2 at a time? Here's a longer clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QuN_absYL-U
Erin O'Brien's Strong Body Ageless Body is basic, but probably moves too fast for him. I used to have a workout by Joni Hyde with the unfortunate title of Circuit Shaping for Women. It consisted of 10 separate very basic workouts that you could program in various ways. Each was 10 minutes long which you could then program to repeat several times for longer workouts. I wish I could find a clip of it but the DVD doesn't seem to be available any more. What about Jane Fonda? She has two strength routines out: Prime Time Fit and Strong http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...nd-strong-5942 and Trim Tone & Flex http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...-and-flex-6080. Not sure if either is a true circuit style but they are designed for seniors. There's also Angie Millers' Cardio & Strength for Seniors http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...r-seniors-6241 or Senior Fitness: Easy Does It http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...y-does-it-5501 or Senior Surge with Jeff Borden http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...ff-borden-7766. Kim Lyon has a Sit Down and Shape Up series http://www.collagevideo.com/workout-...up-series-5742. But maybe your dad would need a more advanced workout? I'd think in that case the Gilad workout would be fine for him.
