Tons and tons and tons of functional fitness On Friday, Saturday and Sunday. So I definitely made up for no formal workout. I needed the morning walks just to get the synovial fluid moving through my joints. I was like the tin man!
But I am strong like Ox.
There is NO doubt in my mind.

My challenge (power zone) has one more week. New one won't be till mid June. (and it will be 6 weeks). My last week is only endurance rides. So it's a matter of putting in the time (and I missed my Peloton, so this is all good). I will not be redoing my FTP. there's really no need.
Metric century (outdoors) coming up in about 2 weeks. I do think I'm ready for it.
Maybe May will be my month to get my act together? We'll see. (as far as diet and other things!)
Gotta run. On to May we go.
