I have a Sunny bike I bought used and it came with a Zacro Gel seat which is actually Women's Health's #1 recommendation. It gets the job done, but I like it most because it is 1-1/2" thick and when I take it off the bike seat fits my husband's inseam without any seat adjustments...which can be a pain. My favorite seat is on my road bike. It is an expensive leather spring seat with minimal padding. A seat with too much padding can be just as uncomfortable as one with too much.

I also use the Zacro on my Sunny Bike. I find it to be comfortable, however, I find myself slipping forward when I sit upright without my hands on the handle bars (almost as though I have my seat tilted downward). I wear cotton bike shorts to ride and am always having to push myself far back on the saddle.

Find a bike that you like, get the iPad holder, the wahoo cadence sensor, and the peloton app. You still have to figure out the resistance but I promise you’ll have a fun and sweaty workout with this. Jane |
