Wow, have you guys done the new Body Tight, Thighs Toned one yet? I did it this morning -- that floor work was killer. I'm not sure I felt the standing work the way I was supposed to, but oh that floor work! (though I'm not sure it was really even on both sides -- first side seemed like it had more or was that my imagination?) There was some upper body work there, for sure. Might not seem like much, but I definitely felt worked in the upper body. Here's a good upper body add on:

And more elaboration to your question Beth - I am doing the Hilliard Studio Method classes and there is a TON of pushups and planks, and I am seeing some nice definition in my shoulders and back with those. I'm not wiped out from either, that's the best part!
