I heard she's filming a new barredAmped DVD called Fire Extreme Sculpt. I was looking for some info on it but couldn't find any. Does anyone know anything yet? |

I just checked her FB page and she did post that BarreAmped Fire is in the editing stages. This post was made yesterday.

She posted yesterday on Facebook that she hoped it would be ready for release in mid to late January.
She also has a Stretch video coming out, but it won't be ready until later. Carol |

I have just recently found Suzanne Bowen, and right now the only workout I have of hers is the Tighten, Tone & Torch (which should be renamed to be Tighten, Tone & TORTURE!!!). Anyway, I'm a huge fan of the Upper Body section and I've already done it 3x already!
Would love to know any other recommendations from those of you who have done her other ones! Thank you! Terri
