I had to chuckle when Tony Horton started selling skin care products.

THCare by Tony Horton

When I think of Tony Horton, I would think of supplements or equipment. I don't think "skin care."

i'd like to see them tackling issues that are related to an aging population. we see the occasional magazine interview about aging healthfully, but we need to see more. there's so much more they could do.
I just posted a podcast between Petra Kolber and Keli Roberts and it is basically about that. Petra's whole career these days, from what I saw on her site yestrday, seems to be based around positivity and joy (and if a career woman or fitness instructor, sharing that wth others) but she also appeals to general population. I can't follow a lot of her older videos, but that vibe she gave off was what has always drawn me to her.

ETA: Just seeing some of the other posts and I totally agree. They do need to get a sponsor sometimes when dealing with the public for free. I guess I get it, but I hope its something they can truly stand behind- and I will say is that whatever it is they stand behind lets me know whether I want to keep following or not.

I don’t mind the sell. It’s easy enough to delete the email.

I do like Kathy Smith’s newsletters. She’s not always selling something, and I love her protein powders so I like getting the notifications when she has sales.
