LOL, if I can find the dumbbells I want on Craigslist, it'll will also count as my fitness-themed present. We were gonna go ice skating, but in the city where there are just indoor rinks and covid is spreading very easily, that has been postponed. Next year we will be living next to outside frozen ponds!!!! Yay!
And Yes, Cathe's new set that I'm assuming will be available to order in a month or so maybe, will also count!!

I checked the link, but they don't ship to Canada, I will have to check directly on Amazon.ca to see if I find something like that! // I didn't buy any fitness goodies for Christmas, but I bought some Essentrics DVDs at the end of November, and then again at the beginning of December, I counted the latter as a Mother's day present to myself, since in my country mother's day is on December 8th every year.

Yes! I've enjoyed the ones I have tried do far! I haven't buy from them since 2014 I think! Which was my first and last buy. I always wanted some Essentrics DVDs, on this sale, their prices were lower than usual, so I had to get them. They may want to get ride of their DVDs I fear, so I bought them, before I miss on them. I just got an email that the sale was extended, plus 10% off, I'm tempted on getting a couple more...

AMD - maybe if I was good at yoga, I’d be a yogi-snob too.

The only thing fitness related item that I bought was a Zumba Value Pack set that showed up in an Amazon’s You Might Like email. Looks like 1 dvd may be one that I already have but I’m ok with that, it’ll be good to have a back up copy.

The tank top is cute! It’s raining here today, should rain most of the day. Actually, just heard T&L so staying in and dusting and polishing furniture. I’ve wanted to see the latest Spider-Man but every time I pass the theatre, no matter what time, late or early, the parking lot is packed like it was pre-pandemic. Not sure what people are thinking but I’ll wait another week or so… when it’s less crowded.

ASAS - the earlier Zumba workouts are more intense to me. The combos are longer, too. Love that and I think Cardio Party is going to be a favorite too. I’m forever grateful that you pointed me in the direction of Zumba. I bought a couple of sets for my sister, because she used to take live classes, but her instructor stopped teaching after having knee surgery. I asked her recently if she ever did the DVDs and she said no, that she didn’t like the music after taking live classes. I’m like I think the music is great and by the way, don’t get rid of the DVDs, I’ll add them to my library, lol. Please don’t convince me that I should buy Essentrics dvds. I’ve recorded and deleted seasons from PBS because I could never stay invested.

However, I do have a FOMO. Looks like they are going strictly streaming which means the DVDs will be hard to come by, eventually. Speaking of FOMO, I ran across an old Collage Video Catalog, and I was oohing and aahing over so many workouts that I wished I had bought back in the day.

There's a good inch on the ground so far then it's supposed to turn to rain. How lucky you are with just getting rain!//Ha, I've recorded classes of CS/Essentrics and I just don't get back to them either. I find I need an instructional booklet with most of them and constantly am concerned if I'm doing the move right...

. Well, and then there's Miranda...maybe she's chilled out some since I've done her workouts?

I guess my yoga love is a great substitute. But I know never to say never...you know how that ends up.

AMD - Oh, no… snow… Hopefully it stays pretty and doesn’t stick. DOT has already said that they don’t have the staff to keep the roads clear around the clock, this winter. Not looking forward to that.

AnMrsDe, I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your dad. He sounded like a fantastic father. I'll keep you and your family in my prayers.

Chrys, I hope your breathing issues get better. Hopefully if they find anything with your EKG it will be easily treatable. I hope you enjoy your trip.

ASAS, I also bought a few of the Essentrics dvds from their sale. I have several Classical Stretch sets but these are my first Essentrics workouts. I've enjoyed the ones I've done so far.

Currently no snow here - our weather is in the 80's. It has felt wonderful to sit outside. It is supposed to get in the 30's at the end of the week.
