I also vote for Yoga with Kassandra.

I do sub 'bridge pose' that is important for my lower back stretching in place of her 'forward fold' at the beginning. She does talk an awful lot in this and a lot of times I mute her, put on my music and easily transition to the next stretch by watching the video. It uses a stretchie band or strap:

Thanks for this link. This is very similar to a stretch routine that I have done on my own because I need those stretches for my hips and lower back. Love it, but will definitely add music (and mute her as soon as I know what she is doing).

Pat, you are so sweet to give me a mention! I've certainly been inspired by a lot of the other channels mentioned here.

My favorites from what's been mentioned so far:
Yoga with Shaunneka
The Yoga Ranger Studio
Yoga with Kassandra
some Travis Elliot

Other ones I like:
Yin Yoga with Matt
Yoga with Kristen
Yoga with Tim - doesn't do a lot of yin, but what he does is great
Rituals Cosmetics Global - some surprisingly good yin practices!

You’re both welcome! Two of my favorites! Donna, Michelle’s is even more relaxing with music!

Coming back to check this thread because I’ve done a bunch of the Kassandra ones and now branching out to others.

Doing these in the evening is not only enjoyable, but is helping my sleep.
I didn’t really get yin yoga before. But now, doing routines to video like this where I can kind of zone out and do what I’m told, ah!

When I first tried yin yoga, I worked my way through Timberlake Yoga's Yin Yoga without Props playlist. I did one practice a day for around 2 weeks and noticed better sleep and even some weight loss from less stress (eating). I also did them in the evening.

Yin Yoga without Props Playlist

I'll list some of my favorite yin yoga practices in case you want to try them. The shorter practices with Kassandra and Joelle are the ones I do most often.

Yoga with Kassandra
15 min Morning Yin Yoga - Wake Up & Stretch!

Yoga with Joelle
Yin Yoga for Sleep - 10 min

Timberlake Yoga
Morning Yin Yoga without Props - 40 min
Yin Yoga Before Bed - 35 min
