STS 2.0 User Guide

Just wanted to let you all know the STS 2.0 User's Guide is available here: https://cathe.com/STS2guide/ Not that I've been checking obsessively all day or anything though.

I'm planning on doing the 12 week STS 2.0 rotation.

Thoughts on the rotations?

Which will you do?

I like the looks of the 10 week. That will take me through most of the summer. I will add a second, shorter, leg day for Phase 3.

The 12 week seems strange and makes me wonder how much thought was put into it. It only hits each body part every nine days, I get that the schedule makes it so every workout day is shorter, but how am I as an older woman going to build muscle if if the interval is this long? Especially for legs, which it is hard to hit as hard in a home workout.

I hope Cathe makes a rotation combining the original STS and STS 2.0.

I'm glad she combined 2.0 with X-Train. I will use that in the future. For right now, I think the 10 week rotation will work. I only usually work out 4-5 days per week, so I will just skip workouts as I need to. But, who knows.....perhaps with the lighter days in the schedule, I'll do some extra workouts, that I don't normally do.

I am going to a version of the 8 week.

I would love to know what goals match which rotation.

I didn't see that noted in what I have read in the guide so far.
