Here's a video review by a guy whose reviews I generally value.

Great review of the app. I agree that it's very reasonably priced for everything you are getting. She really went all out which is awesome for her followers. No wonder she was MIA for soooo long. Plus I am sure she will get many more fans since it's in an affordable monthly cost including a variety of newer options for working out. I saw she added outdoor routines and using different equipment. I really would love to try the beginner program for form pointers, and I may see what I think with the 2-week free trial...especially since she talks in these videos. Not a fan of music only.

Looking forward to hearing more reviews from this group.

I know this is off topic, but I love Harry from TFNL! He gives really good advice on how to change movements to fit your needs and has a wonderful personality. Plus I am a sucker for accents.

Darn..after watching that review, I decided to give the app a try for a month. I thought maybe the Beginner program would be great to do with my daughter who is home from university for the summer. Just went to load it on my Firestick in my workout room and the app doesn't come up....grrrr

I’ve seen posts on the CG Facebook Group about others having issues casting to Roku. Are you on FB? You also might try her App support.

I’m using my older iPad with a connector like this:

I signed up!! However I wasnt able to get the app to download on my Smart Tv? Guess its not supported. I couldnt get it to work on my laptop either. Course Im not a Tech wizard to say the least. Its my Ipad for now. I did the Leg Day workout and it was good. She really motivates me. I did go a bit lighter since it was 4 sets and I didnt want to pause too much. Looking forward to the next workout.

I am really liking Beastmode in the app. I did workouts 1-4 last week but subbed the You Tube Epic #40 Dumbell HIIT workout for #5. It had a lot of sprawls and burpees involved, which my 60 yr old body rejects, lol.

I did workout #6 this morning which was Back & Biceps. The staple was pullovers which is my favorite back exercise.

I refuse to do another burpee in my lifetime. I’m loving Iron and hoping I can resist the app until I finish. I keep hearing there are problems casting it to your tv so I’m hopeful when I get it the kinks are worked out.

I'm currently doing Natacha Oceane's Cut 2023, but this thread has me wanting to join CGX when I am done. I loved Fuel and Epic Heat, but I know Beastmode is a different animal.
