I was thinking clumsy or unwieldy to handle. The flat bands not so much the loop bands.

I get it now. Sorry I didn’t understand . Did I say I just got some? Lol. I think they are pretty good. The cloth with the rubber in them. 🥰

Back to the original topic, my Monkeyfeet (well, Monkeyfoot -- I just ordered one ) arrived yesterday, so they get high marks for super fast shipping. It's well-made and pretty easy to get on and off. Hazel Porter's remark about having to take it off to switch dumbbells is spot on.

Using this with a video would require having the remote handy to pause.

I did a round of standing hamstring curls and was surprised at how a relatively light dumbbell (10 lbs, I'm ashamed to admit) seemed heavy. There's definitely room to grow with these.

Also, I tend to prefer working out barefoot and these worked fine without shoes.

Two thumbs up!
