Info on Muscle Burns Fat

I tried the Search feature, about 5 times and got a Database error each time.
So I really did try to search about it lol

Anyway, a friend and I are thinking of starting MFB "together" her in her home, me in mine, and then text/message each other on how we did, if we survived lol. Thinking of starting either the 21st or the 28th if we don't feel like starting Christmas week

I'd like just a little more info about it first, like what equipment is needed, length of workouts,if you liked them.

Is this the right program? The tag search still works for me, but I'm not familiar with that program, so...

Weird how the search would work for you but not me. Man I wish VF would get fixed lol

The tag search still works. It's the advanced search that doesn't work anymore.

Yes you did. Sorry

I was further explaining for rhbrand because she said the search worked for you and not for her. But I think she probably used the advanced search not the tag search. lol

I even tried the tag search and nothing. Maybe it was just a little glitch for me, but it didn't even work.

I did finish Muscle Burns Fat Advanced but I just haven’t detailed the last two weeks. I’ll do that next week to finish the thread.

MBF workouts are all about 30 minutes each. MBFA workouts are about 40 minutes each.

I put what equipment was used in the workout details. HTH.

I personally loved MBF and liked MBFA. I think trying to do them back to back burned me out on them. I missed Cathe Live and iFit workouts on my treadmill. But overall, it’s a really good solid weight/HIIT program. There is a modifier that does lower impact if that’s better for you. I followed her on the higher impact exercises and still felt like I got a good burn.

Let me know if you have any specific questions before you start.

For some reason I liked MBF much better than MBFA. For me the exercises flowed better.
