In my mind, the 2nd in a Tracie series *usually* is more cardio focused for me. So, for example, the Stronger Longer 2 has a bit more of a cardio effect and Sig Series 2 has more extended cardio with lighter weights. Same with the Reboots. Same with the Metabolic Strength series (the 2nd workout on the DVD). But I think Grand Total 1 has more cardio than GT 2 and 3 but that could just be that particular series.

I was going to go through my Tracie collection and label them this weekend (maybe, or sometime over the winter!) so I can more easily identify. When I get around to it, I'll make a list to post here. (I may need a reminder tho!)

I'm thinking about doing the Firm 90-day plug-n-play rotation and wanted to expand my options beyond just Firm workouts.

I never thought about the pattern in her series. Definitely true for her Metabolic Strength workouts. I haven't tried her Reboots but assumed they would both be cardio. Been just long enough since I did those Grand totals and Signature Series for me not be able to remember, lol!!

Me too! I usually try to fit in one or two Tracie workouts a week, but only doing a few each month makes me forget which ones are which!

The Reboots -- one is more weight focused but still cardio effect, and two is definitely higher impact cardio with a bit of weights (maybe one segment). The Grand Totals are varied -- GT1 has step cardio at the beginning and finishes with weight work/core, GT2 and GT3 are more up/down from the floor with a lot of plank work. So for me, I'd categorize GT1 as more cardio simply because I'd be more sweaty after that one. (Not a scientific way of categorizing!) The Sig series one has heavier weight work and Sig 2 has more cardio mixed with weights. (But I need to do them more simply for those AWESOME mobility segments!)

Haha I can't use the sweat factor...BUT my gauge is also very unscientific...I look at how many times I have to suck down water and lack of DOMS. There are some weight workouts people categorize as Strength that feel like pure cardio to me because of those two reasons.

And yes, SS1 and SS2 mobility are great... especially SS1 for me.
