Finished Margaret Richard's Unplugged-Next?

So I finished the Unplugged 2000 and part of 1900 series...any suggestions on the next DVD to do? I have almost all of them (except the 1900 series Vol 1&2).

Any suggestions? I'm looking for the next level. I know that Sculpture & Home Improvement are her hardest. What are her midlevels? What are the best step ups from the Unplugged?

Thanks!

Maybe the Spark? I also really liked Good N Strong and Beauty to the Bone.

I like the Good For You workout set. It is filmed outside by a lake -- very pretty!

There’s Triple Threat too.

I’ve done a good deal of her stuff over the years and I have all her videos on dvd except for the one where she uses a weighted bar. Triple threat and Sculpture are her hardest because she spends more time on each muscle group. Most other workouts are less time and consistent across the videos. So if you like Unplugged (and I do too) you’ll likely find any one of them to work for you.

I find her workouts to be safe, effective and sustainable with that added bonus of scalability (the ability to increase the challenge with added weight). I think adding weight is the key here to go to that next level. Most of her workouts have similar characteristics and I haven’t thought of any as mid level per se.

I hope you continue to enjoy.

Her dvds are very well chaptered, so you can easily skip around if you do not want to do multiple rounds of the same body part.

I think Getting Better is a tough and well made workout. You can break up into the two half hour workouts or go the entire hour.

Thanks for the suggestions! I'm looking for easy to hard, eventually working up to Sculpture and Home Improvement. Before the Unpluggeds, I did Fight Age with Strength and that one was easier than the Unpluggeds.

Which one is easier, Forty & Fabulous or Beauty to the Bone?

I've done Getting Better hundreds of times. You can modify this to make it easier or all-out murder!
