I agree Linda’s workouts are challenging. I have several, all 40 min or less as that’s all I can handle. I can’t imagine doing an hour! I often go at a slow pace than she does & that helps.

I learned from her FB page that she works out before filming, that includes Cathe and Tonique type workouts. That is impressive! I love her workouts but I will do some modifications and add breaks. I really like her split series. I can usually follow those without the modifications and breaks.
