Wow, I love the look of these. And Jessica is going 'heavy' with weights?! (For reference, 25 pounds is heavy to me.) Is this her first workout to suggest up to 25-pound dumbbells?

Thanks for mentioning the weights. I am happy to see that Jessica is going 'heavy' with the weight; 25 pounds is heavy for me, also.

Yay, I'm in!

I would like to see slower/heavier weight work w/ Jessica. Some of her other workouts are hard for me gauge the correct weight to use - too light and I feel nothing, but going heavier sometimes doesn't work because of either the rep speed (I know I could slow down) or the combination of upper/lower or upper/core or lower/core.

I just edited my original post to note that there is a third new release, a "yoga stretch."

I'll definitely be getting the walking and strength DVDs, especially since my buddy Debbie will be present to show modifications. I am on the fence about the yoga one, as I have some of Jessica's other stretch/yoga offerings but just don't pull them out.

Thanks for adding the link to Yoga/Stretch DVD, Sandra! I didn't buy Jessica's last Stretch DVD, but I really like the looks of this one, and will probably buy it.

I wonder when these will be released? Anyone knows?

I'm sure I'll get the 4 mile and the strength workouts. I'm happy the strength is floor-free! I hope they release soon.

I really like the clips of the walk and strength dvds. Definitely going to order those two!

Nobody's mentioned the new set? It is beautiful!
I also really like the idea of the two contrasting strength workouts.
I have too many yoga/stretch DVDs and am unlikely to buy that one, but the other two for sure.

Someone on Facebook who is "in the know" said something about a couple of weeks.
