No-I found it when I woke up insanely early this morning, and am too tired exercise.

I thought of you and Barb when I found it, though!

There are other types of routines on that you tube channel.

There are aerobics, tai chi, yoga, resistance and pilates:

There are a few chi ball routines on this channel. It is not in English obviously, but they look easy to follow:

I had found the move it or lose it episodes awhile ago and even edited some but will investigate the Chinese *Fitness Association*.
I think the Chinese Chiball may work well with editing!

Thanks for sharing them!

The Chinese Chiball channel also seems to use a smaller hexagon bungee.

Late to the party here! I had never heard about Chi Ball although I do Tai Chi. I really like the look of the exercises.

I checked my stash of assorted balls, but none seemed appropriate. I looked on the Gaiam site, and they had the Chi Ball kit drastically reduced, and I just got it.

Carol-I hope you enjoy them!

Barb-I should have known that you had found some of these already

The original chiball is weightless.
They also had different scents but that part seemed insignificant to me.

Besides the official vhs and dvds, Caribbean workouts offered 4 chiball episodes.
You can search for chiball on my Daily Motion channel
(I think most are public)
