Bought all 3, loved the slow, controlled nature of the video clip.

Can't wait because I've had a stressful 5 months with 4 incidents of fridge repair and now Sears is giving us a new one free of charge that gets delivered Wed. What we have been through.

Don't EVER buy a Samsung refrigerator!

Slow and controlled sounds like it's right up my alley. As to the Samsung refrigerator..........too late. Bought one a few years ago. No problems yet but I know a few other people who have had problems.

Quick question about the downloads, does anyone know if the format is burn-able to DVD? I have an old tube TV and DVD player in my workout room, so to stream or play files, I have to use my laptop though I much prefer to use the TV. If I can burn the file to DVD myself, that would be perfect.

I just received Janice's Mat Pilates DVD today. It looks GREAT! Anyone knows what weights she uses for UB? Is it 5 lbs? Doesn't look like she uses 3 lbs. I guess I'll use what I'm able to use, right?

Janice looks great! She is very flexible and graceful, and she's such an inspiration to me! I've been doing pilates (Pilates by Lisa) consistently for the past 4-5 weeks and I'm beginning to see results! I'm so psyched!
