I agree with your comments. I have really enjoyed her barre workout, she is so inspiring and I am thinking of getting her pilates workout.

Thanks for posting! I have been on the lookout for a good Pilates workout. I don't do much in the way of Pilates and want to incorporate it more. I'm psyched to see she has downloads as shipping to Canada is pricey. I try not to buy right away but I'll sleep on this and likely get it tomorrow.

NorthernStar, she does have downloads, 10.95 versus 14.95 for dvd. plus she has a discount if you buy all three.
Karen, when you get your dvd you will be amazed at the care she takes packaging the dvd. I have been getting stuff from Amazon is such dreadful condition. She packs her dvd in a box, with bubble wrapped and the dvd are real dvd, and they are wrapped in cello.

I so agree. There is no talking down at all, and she is so amazing that you can aspire to look like that! JENILU, Have you ever taken a class with her. I would love to , or I would love to stream some classes ( when I move to Northampton).What a great find! I will have to chase down the BB thread and thank whoever recommended these workouts.

Can anybody tell me more about the yoga practice? Is it sun salutey, planky and chaturanga-y? Clips anywhere?
