When DH did it the first time, it ended up being S180. He was training for the Volkslauf Mud Run at the time and the other days were running days.

He followed the rotation and I even griped on VF that he was getting too skinny doing the workouts! I'd say these are good for leaning out while keeping some muscle mass.

I also combined the workouts with running the first time around (just C25K for me ). I rewrote the rotation so that I was doing S90 three days a week for 12 weeks, but roughly in the same order as the published rotation.

Oh good to know! I feel a S90 rotation coming soon!

Your husband is a wise and thoughtful man. The gold stars would totally have done it for me too!

I started to post the parrot's review. I think a lot of P90X folks are mad that the S90 folks didn't pay an arm, two legs and a foot for the program. I mean if it works, it works. I'm glad BB has some competition price wise. Who doesn't love saving money?
Ex. S90, Ruthless, Weider X-Factor ST, RIPT90, etc. are all cheap!
Don't get me started about YouTube.
Plenty of great, free stuff there.

Do your own thing. Nine days in a row I'd be fussing.
pcdoctor, did you post this 6 weeks plan anywhere? I haven't done S90 since 2011 - daunted by the, well, 90 days.

The jpg that I modified was too big to attach to this thread.
The modified jpg uses a schedule that's for working out three days a week for 21 days, 6 weeks or 9 weeks.
Here is the zip file, larger jpg and pdf for working out three days a week.
