question about Tracy Anderson Continuity Year 3

Hi everyone, I am hoping some of you who have done the year 3 Continuity workouts can answer a question for me - do these workouts have a ton of all fours leg/glute work like in Meta, or is there more standing/chair work like in the second Beginners workout and Mat?

Thanks!

I was able to borrow year 3 month 1 and the first workout is a lot on all fours. I *think* the other 2 workouts on this disc are mostly all fours too, but I was distracted while it was playing I can watch it again and let you know if you really want, but I have a feeling that most of the workouts in year 3 will be on all fours with the occasional sidelying work and standing work....but someone please correct me if I'm wrong because I haven't seen anything beyond month 1.

I am a long, long way from year 3 but just wondering if year 3 workouts are 1 hour instead of 30 minutes for muscular structure.

Thank you both so much; I really don't love the all fours work. It's what keeps killing meta for me. (I have started and stopped at least three times...)
I really enjoy her other dvds and was hoping for some Continuity more in line with Mat. Thanks for the confirmation I should hold off on these...at least until Meta grows on me.
