Is there such a thing as travel yoga mat that is actually really cushiony on wrist

really cushiony and supportive on wrists and knees but is not too heavy and overwhelming in a suitcase?

I'm really looking for it to do tracy anderson omnicentric continuity.

I'd get a pair of Tiger Paws instead. Of you use a mat that's too thick/pillow-y you can hurt your wrists

Well, for being on the hands and knees, you only need half the mat. What I do is fold the remainder of my mat so that it is 4 thicknesses, and that's where my knee goes.

Ooooh for your knees! Gotcha

I use MMA knee pads. My husband got me these http://www.venumfight.com/venum-kont...ads-black.html

I love them. I can do every crazy continuity move with them without any problems. I'm sure you could pack them easily on the bottom of your suitcase
