Mixed trim down #2 (32min)

All premixes have warmup, cool down, and stretch. It should be noted that from the main menu both workouts are complete, you don't have to play the warmup first then select which workout.
Swankyswimmer listed the premixes on page 2 of this thread

Would someone who received it mind listing the premixes, please?

I will probably receive mine tomorrow since I live in NJ.

Oh that's good to know then!
I wasn't worried but just wondering since some in PA have already received their DVD and given my location I'd hoped I'd get it around the same time! Tomorrow would be great!

Val, I think the people in PA who received them probably live in or around Philly, which is closer to South Jersey than your area.

Swankyswimmer, thanks for the premixes! I think the premix of boxing drills will be my favorite.

Im curious if anyone who has her other circuit/interval workouts can compare the intensity - to perhaps circuit burn and plateau buster? TIA

Good point, thank you, Sherry!
Maybe we'll be both able to report back tomorrow with having received our copies!?

Ali, I've only done workout #1, but I would say it's about the same intensity as Circuit Burn or Plateau Buster. For me, the boxing drills are much easier than the weight work!

Sue....does that mean you find the weight work tricky? there are instructors that I can't get their weight moves, Kelly usually isn't one of them, though

Judy, the weight work is very easy to follow. It's just that my heart rate is much higher during the weight segments than during the boxing segments. I really like the weight exercises that Kelly chose for Trim Down!
