I have not used Supreme 90 through a complete rotation, but here is an old check-in that had some ideas for rotations:
Supreme 90 Check-In Here are some ideas for rotations that I randomly came up with (not sure how hard they would be): Keeping it simple one workout per day spread over two weeks Week 1: Day 1: Chest and Back Day 2: Tabata Inferno Day 3: Legs Day 4: Core Dynamics Day 5: Shoulders and Arms Week 2: Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's Day 2: Cardio Challenge Day 3: Total Body Day 4: Ultimate Ball Day 5: Back and Bi's Combined workouts so each day is at least 45-60 minutes: Week 1: Day 1: Chest and Back and Core Dynamics Day 2: Tabata Inferno Day 3: Legs and Core Dynamics Day 4: Cardio Challenge Day 5: Shoulders and Arms Week 2: Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's Day 2: Cardio Challenge or Tabata Inferno Day 3: Total Body and Core Dynamics Day 4: Ultimate Ball Day 5: Back and Bi's |
