Question Question for Supreme 90 fans

Have you come up with any rotations besides the one included in the package? I'd really like to hear about some alternate rotations, especially Monday-Friday because my weekends are so hit-or-miss when it comes to working out. Or have you tried doing 2 workouts in one day?

Thanks for any ideas!

I have not used Supreme 90 through a complete rotation, but here is an old check-in that had some ideas for rotations:

Supreme 90 Check-In

Here are some ideas for rotations that I randomly came up with (not sure how hard they would be):

Keeping it simple one workout per day spread over two weeks
Week 1:
Day 1: Chest and Back
Day 2: Tabata Inferno
Day 3: Legs
Day 4: Core Dynamics
Day 5: Shoulders and Arms

Week 2:

Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's
Day 2: Cardio Challenge
Day 3: Total Body
Day 4: Ultimate Ball
Day 5: Back and Bi's

Combined workouts so each day is at least 45-60 minutes:
Week 1:
Day 1: Chest and Back and Core Dynamics
Day 2: Tabata Inferno
Day 3: Legs and Core Dynamics
Day 4: Cardio Challenge
Day 5: Shoulders and Arms

Week 2:
Day 1: Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's
Day 2: Cardio Challenge or Tabata Inferno
Day 3: Total Body and Core Dynamics
Day 4: Ultimate Ball
Day 5: Back and Bi's

Thanks!! I might try the first one you listed.

I did the workouts in the order listed on the calendar, but I took rest days whenever I felt like it. In the second month, IIRC, I sometimes did the 2 short ones, Total Body and Core Dynamics, on the same day.

S90 transformed me. The weight I lost has stayed off without a fight.

I also combined the shorter ones into one day, if I took an extra rest day and was trying to catch up.

I also often swapped Ultimate Ball for Core Dynamics, which I liked better.

When I started S90, I found a general pattern (below) of six days on and one day off, then just followed that pattern. I really enjoyed the flow of this and never felt overtrained.

Arm (Back and Chest)
Core (Ult Ball or Core Dynamics)
Cardio (Tabata)
Arm (Shoulders and Arms)
Leg (Legs or sub a Firm leg workout)
Cardio (Cardio Challenge plus a jog outside)
Rest
