Favorite RKS workouts

I have done all the workouts at least once, except I can't bring myself to do workout 16. I love all the Doug challenges because they are short and your rotating exercises at your own pace.

I like workout 1 better now, because I shorten the rests and add push ups and pull ups.

I like 6 & 7 because you rotate exercises. As you can tell, I prefer not to repeat the same exercise over and over again. Which is why I have yet to do 16. 30 minute of snatches!

What's your favorite?

Of the six workouts I've done so far, workout #2 is my favorite. This one is short and sweet, I like the dead lifts, rows, goblet lunges, slingshots and planks.
Workout #5 with the 15 minutes of ladder presses I thought my arms were going to fall off but I made it through it and continued on today with #6 which I did like.

My favorites are 5 and 12. There are others I liked alot but these stood out for me. I don't think I will do 16 again or I will do high pulls, swings and snatches instead.

I like 9 and 11 really, really love those complexes in 11, challenging and fun. When I finish 11 my DH said that was enough exercise to last a week

Difficult to decide on a favorite for me. I do like the night-shots visually. The only other workout I've ever seen that periodically had a night scene is Miranda's Classical Stretch, but it didn't have quite the same impact with the city lights down below (since she's in Jamaica or Mexico on a beach.)

The disadvantage of having that beautiful nightscape off in the distance is that you don't see Doug or Owen up close. So, there's a definite trade off.
