Margaret Richard's floorwork has shaped my butt and that difficult area between butt and hamstrings ("thutt") more than any other style of working out. I've been concentrating on that difficult area since I was a teenager so it always got a lot of work.

Have you considered Callanetics Evolution? It uses standing barre work instead of pretzel for hips and behind and the do more exercies for less reps (working the same muscles slightly differently) which still gives you a lot of total workout but you may find it more accessible.

Sara, have you tried Brazil Butt Lift? OMG it was magic for me. My barre workouts were getting me nowhere after awhile. I got this, gave up barre which was so hard and it really worked for me. Then of course it was on to Tonique, then the next thing then the next. However BBL is not killer IMO. I found it relatively easy considering all that I do.
