I can't wait to get back to SP90. I think I'll try to do so after RKS. I can't do jumping around cardio at home anymore but I get my cardio at the gym. I will definitely be revisiting the straight up weight work though. Interesting read. Thanks for sharing!

I can't even begin to touch how erroneous or oversimplified this article is on a subject of immense complexity. I would just say, get out your grain of salt, and plenty of it.

I am doing S90 right now and I will try the method of increasing weights each set. I'll have to get out my calculator and pace weights! And notebook, too, but that's good for me, right?
