Sharon Mann's "The Works" series is great for small spaces. Sharon and her gang are on little circular platforms, so they couldn't use a lot of room even if they wanted to!
I used Sharon religiously when I lived in a tiny studio apartment. I've since moved to a bigger place, but I love the workouts so much that I still do them all the time (like, daily).
I own all three in the series -- Cardio, Body Sculpting, and Yoga/Pilates. You get to choose from different segments for the warmup, 1st section, 2nd section, and cooldown. So there's a lot of variety and you can do something different every day.
