The 30th is great ! as it's my first proper week back at work. We go back next Friday (27th) but that's pupil-free. It'd be great to have something NON-work to focus on (something that MUST be done), to avoid wasting time OVER preparing for a fresh school year (SO easy to do).
Hmmm... I would prefer to start at Meso 1, but we don't need to do the same thing - just keep motivating each other to get OUR particular STS workout DONE. I'm also thinking to follow the STS + Shock Cardio (includes Ab Circuits as well) Rotation that Cathe put out. I'll see how I go.....
