Food intake has so much to do with results. If a person is at or near a good weight, but somewhat flabby 7 minutes/day might work. However most people need to modify food intake, and add in some exercise for some real results. It often does require an overhaul of existing habits and that can be hard at first.

"Visible results" means you want big changes. In order to have big changes, you need to make big changes. I hate to be a Debbie Downer, but you're not going to change your physique doing 7 minute workouts, and doing small dietary changes. You need that "overhaul".

A friend of mine told me about something similar more than 10 years ago. It was an 8 minute workout. All of it was quite strenuous (jumping jacks and such). The "catch" on that one was that "for best results you should repeat the workout 3-4 times" in a row!
