Do you still have the book that came with STS? You could just go by that instead of following along with the DVDs.

Yes, I do. I may try that.

Same thing with Body Beast, which I think is a great program as well! If you don't have this set or access to the book, you could sign up for the free 14 day trial of Beachbody on Demand https://www.teambeachbody.com/shop/u...e?locale=en_US and go to the Body Beast page and print out the written materials that you want from the program. It gives a step by step breakdown of each workout in the program.

If looking for just the workout sheets from Body Beast, I just google "Body Beast Workout Sheets" when I need more blank sheets. I think most of them (if not all) are there:

https://images.beachbody.com/pdf/bod..._worksheet.pdf

That's really a great idea to do these programs via the paper route since I can get "enough" of Sagi sometimes.

Good idea. Thanks. I just downloaded worksheets. I couldn't stand listening to Sagi so I never got past the first couple of workouts when I had BBOD.

Wow, a few of those workouts are crazy high volume, especially legs. Multiple sets of deadlifts, squat, and lunge variations with 12 and 15 reps?
Those aren’t really “hypertrophy” workouts, are they, more towards endurance. I guess that is because they assume limited dumbbell weight.

I don’t doubt you could get some nice aesthetic results doing that, though.
