Hi, I have Linda’s double burn and triple burn workouts and really enjoy them. There is a lot of variety and they don’t have dread for me. I don’t have the 50 reps workout, it doesn’t appeal to me.
I gravitate more to her total body workouts like the metabolic, shape up and fitmas series, all excellent. I’m not as much of a fan of working one or two body parts to exhaustion as some of her workouts do, |

I have a lot of Barlates workouts but I don’t have the 50 reps series. I realized a while ago that I enjoy and use Linda’s multiple body part workouts better. I don’t mind upper or lower but I’m just not going to spend a workout on inner thighs or outer thighs only. It doesn’t make one style better than another but it’s something to consider when choosing between the two.
