Of the ones you're asking about, I only have lean body circuits. I keep this one for the weights pre-mix as I just can't stand the cardio segments. I find circuit burn similar but much better.

I'm glad to hear that I'm not the only one who didn't like the cardio in this one!

I mostly cater to her weights and weight premixes instead of her cardio.

Same here, Jeannine, although I do like most (but not all, haha) of her kickboxing/boxing workouts.

I know people raved about Circuit Burn, but I also did not like it. Just was boring to me. I am over the repeating segments.

I like Circuit Burn, but not as much as I used to for this reason! When I do it now, I often only go through each segment once rather than twice.

Bzar, I've been using her premixes and mix and match for short weight workouts this year, mainly doing 2-3 days of upper and 2-3 days of lower. Love Body Shop and Lean Body Circuits for 20 minute upper and lower. Also using Body Design and Muscle Up. Trying to stick with 20 minutes so I can do 30 minutes of treadmill jog or intervals. This has worked really well for me. Any other 20 minute splits you can recommend? (Focusing on weights and not cardio.)

Looking at Strength and Stamina after looking at this thread. There's some 20 minute premixes that might work for me.

Judy, I really love Body Shop too--the short segments work well for me. I prefer the weights segments but use the cardio too.

I am another one that doesn't care for repeats, therefore Circuit Burn was a big miss for me as well. Many people here really liked that workout, but I didn't care for it at all. Plus there was a shoulder move that my shoulder did not like at all and I never did the workout again.
