I just did the Kicking Combos from Total Body Kickbox yesterday and really enjoyed it. I think on the DVD it says that the premix is 30 minutes or so but it's actually just under 20. It's kicking combos so it does have punching, too.

Good luck with transitioning with the additional workouts and with your knee.

I like Start Here. I do not like weight work but I seem to be able to tolerate this one. I have found that you can make it more advanced by using heavier weights.

I'm late to the discussion, but Weights is my most-used KCM workout dvd, mostly because I've had it longest, but also because it's my favorite style of workout.

I am a HUGE KCM fan and I honestly can't answer this question......with all her workouts and premixes, it's just not possible for me to pick a favorite but one workout I have nearly worn out is TLC workout #1, it is probably my favorite boxing/cardio workout of all time

Has anyone tried one of her rotations?

(i.e., she's put up a page of premixes/rotations/workout sheets up on her website)

I've never used JUST a bunch of KCM workouts in steady rotation before, just wondering what it might be like.

It has been a while, however, I did one of her rotations summer 2012. I think it was her New Year 2012 rotation that I did.

Why? (I'm just curious as to why people like a particular workout...)

I have tried her rotations before and like them. They really help for maintenance and increasing my cardio endurance. I cannot say for sure if they helped me lose weight, as weight loss was not my goal. They did help me tighten up though. I generally go to Kelly's rotations when I am getting back to exercise or when I need a steady rotation of quick morning workouts.
