Just did the combined premix workout this morning and I loved it!
It's right up there with my other favorites of hers, TLC, Circuit Burn, and Bootcamp. My shoulders were on fire with the weight work and boxing. The boxing drills were fun and can see myself using this premix. Loved the intensity and format, doable but very tough! I added the short ab segment from Circuit Burn at the end with some additional stretching (KCM always slacks on the stretching lol). Great workout!
