I generally do rebounding if I'm not walking (& I prefer a treadmill or elliptical to a walking video). I like these classes...

I find Zumba clips on Youtube. I have quite the collection. They make perfect substitutes for a Leslie workout. There's lots of Zumba toning workouts on Youtube that I have saved also.

I'm still walking, but not much anymore these days. I've gone back to Denise Austin, who I think is so much fun. She has lots of different cardio (mostly dance-y) workouts that are pretty easy to follow and range from 10 to 30 minutes. |
