I'm with you, Slysam, I have to be tough with myself with 4 week rotations already as well! I just tried sticking to a Jillian rotation (her 30 Day Slim Down plan) for this month and this last week I've been straying away already! LOL
The only rotation I was able to pull through was the FIRM Express; probably because it's split in 4 weeks and each week has cardio/strength/cardio & strength workouts split up so it's never really the same workout over and over...
