I like most of the 30 minutes to fitness series. My favorite would be TLC.

Kelly is really no nonsense and straightforward.

The only w/o I have tried and have trouble with is Cardio Kick Step-Boxing. That one has step choreography I just have trouble following.

Every other w/o I have tried I have liked!

i like the majority of the 30MTF workouts... for most of them i do both of the workouts on the disc to make it a longer workout (exceptions are the body weight ones and powescultping that i add to running usually)

i've never had any issues with picking up her choreography. i adjust my weights to the speed she has us doing the exercise... just like i have to do with cathe... faster reps obviously equals lighter weights....

I like most of her workouts, I like it that they are different but Kelly is an experienced athlete, she introduces some advance moves that make some people uncomfortable. I trust her 100%

I love NYC, TLC, Split Sessions, Definitions, Bootcamp, Cardio Blast, and my all time favorite is Circuit Burn. Sometimes the pre-mixes are better than the original workouts. She is the Queen of Pre-mixes. I also like Lift: Olympic lifting is very advance and Powerscupting is just fantastic.

I would have to put another vote in for Circuit Burn, I just love this one I did the Cardio/Boxing premix this morning ~ 31 minutes.

I've done the Boxing/Legs premix several times, also 30 minutes.
LUV the premixes

I'm previewing workout one on Bootcamp right now, so far I'm liking what I see.
