I know we've had threads with favorite KCM workouts but I'm looking for kickboxing in particular. I don't do cardio with dvds usually but in the winter it's hard to be consistent with outdoor workouts. I do like Kelly's cardio kickboxing with weights on Body Design but it's short. I would like to know your favorites of hers along those lines, preferably workouts that alternate the kickboxing with weight segments. I think I would enjoy that even better. TIA
If I remember correctly, I think my favorites were Circuit Burn and TLC. I'll have to check!
Total Body Kickboxing moves more slowly than her other kickboxing workouts. I keep it for days when I don't have the energy to work as hard.
Her first 30 minute to kickboxing workout I found very frustrating because I think she did not call the punches by the correct names and that drove me crazy!
I also like Cardio Pump and Lean Body Circuits

I have all these dvds mentioned and never did the kickboxing portions. Thanks so much for your thoughts and suggestions. I'm going to check them out this week .

Meltdown has a weights workout and a boxing workout, but I'm not sure if there's a premix alternating weights and boxing. The premix combining the workouts may be all of weights then all of boxing.
