This is the deal of the day at Total Fitness. The cover shows her in a provocative pose wearing 4-inch heels. Give me a break - I wouldn’t buy this workout because of the photo alone.

I get where you’re coming from. The Raviana yoga DVDs bother me because she goes braless. Her tops leave absolutely nothing to the imagination. Fortunately, I keep my eyes closed during kundalini yoga. Otherwise, I would have thrown it out in the garbage.

I’ve noticed in many yoga DVDs that the instructor wears a low-cut top and bends over frequently. I don’t do their workouts. I prefer instructors that are more serious and aren’t trying to show off their assets. If my husband worked out, they would probably be his favorite.

Have you seen Sylwia's Instagram? Some pictures are very vulgar. I have to take her off my FB and IG for that reasons. I do love Sylwia very much as an instructor, but her provocative and offensive poses turned me off.

I wouldn't let a dvd cover prevent me from enjoying a workout. I don't think that photo is too provocative. Kind of "huh?" to me. I mean it matches the title, I guess, but just why? I don't work out in heels, and I think workout covers should reflect that.

I get what you're saying, Gams.

I do come from a slightly different viewpoint. That is, I find it distasteful for a woman to feel she MUST market herself in a highly sexualized manner. Diminishing her humanhood.

However, I do applaud a woman's self acceptance of her femininity. From what I have seen from Sylwia..uh..she certainly does! This difference (between embracing your physique and being manipulated into being sexualized) can be hard to discern as an observer. I am way more discreet in embracing all my curves, lol!

I think of other women, too. I wouldn't personally make the wardrobe choices JLo does ....but doggone it ....I'm glad that she's not letting anyone tell her that her booty ain't beautiful

I also vaguely remember her explaining why she chose this title and I believe it was about empowerment.

Just glancing at the cover I can see where the message could be lost...

Sylwia may appear sometimes as provocative, but she is just so authentically passionate about women empowerment, confidence, and she really is just trying to motivate other women to embrace their beauty too.
