I just read about this. I will preview this week and see if it is something I can aspire to. i love that the workouts will be 30 minutes. That leaves time for a bit of cardio or walking on some days.

Never mind, it’s telling me I can’t see community posts on my iPad and have to use a desktop or supported device.

ETA: I borrowed my husband’s Surface Pro and I could read the post. Yay, sounds great!

Yay! I'm on spring break and napped a lot today. I just previewed the first workout (which dropped at midnight). It looks like a solid workout. I plan to start next Sunday if most of the workouts are basic lifts. Then I could do a Su, M, T, rest W, Th, rest F, Sa.

Can't wait to see what this new series is like. I am going to wait until a week of them are out. Sunday is normally my rest day and it seems like she is doing arm/abs/core work on Sunday instead of hiit like her other programs.

I did the first leg workout this morning and really liked the simplicity of exercises and the slow, controlled movements. I hope the entire program is set up this way.

I just did my own warmup/stretching while I listened to her intro. Next time I’ll do a warmup first (either Cathe Live, Heather Robertson, or Caroline’s).

I did the leg workout this morning too and I loved it! Simple, slow and it’s only a half an hour so it’s over before you know it. I love the length, perfect to do these workouts with a half an hour of cardio or yoga. I think it’s great for all levels too, just adjust the weights.
