Holy moly. I just did drench. The perfect name for that workout. It was challenging, yet do-able, yet felt great. I was drenched by the end. So much so that my dehumidifier kicked on!

I had planned on adding on to this one - but by the time I was done I decided it was enough. Good workout, good stretching. I did add on 10 pull-ups but that was it.

Another winner in my book.

I also got my deluxe DVDs yesterday & I will try & preview them today.

Is this something for which one has to be into yoga or pilates?

I am most definitely not a big Yoga or Pilates fan and thus far I am enjoying PiYo.

For complete beginners?

I know you are all talking about a modifier in these... but would you recommend these for someone coming back to exercise after a long break and is very out of shape? I would guess I am back to complete beginner status. I have done some yoga but I can tell you that burpees are way out of my league right now.

I haven't *done* any of these yet...but I did preview the first disc last night, and the modifier definitely modifies the moves...sometimes extremely so! I'm somebody with a lot of weight to lose, and so far I'm extremely excited with what I've seen!
