That’s awesome! Her two ten-minute arm workouts are my mainstay for when I’m piecing together a workout. They’re short but effective!

Yes, I like that she is goofy. I don't like overly scripted workouts.

I've been doing Kaleigh's spin workouts for over two years now since I got injured and couldn't run anymore. She's great and it's interesting to see how her body has changed over the years with strength training. She was thin before but now she's got a lot of definition in her arms that wasn't there before.

I rarely do her strength workouts but I do like some of them a lot.
