60min dog walk in the morning - still hot. Went down to the river, & walked with the view, amongst sporadic bits of shade from trees, but walked back to the car on the non-view side for the total shade of the buldings.
• Cancelled a planned workout with a friend around 2pm, we sat in the A/C & chatted instead.
• DID a workout with another friend at 7:30 (with the fan going), and chose a modest no-weights resistance workout (no cardio!) that was only 20min:

Monday - it hit 95F, nothing to report yet, as not long home from work (no A/C in classrooms) - it was brutal.
